Inhalte

Elaboration of the subject of the Master Thesis. Written presentation of the results in a scientific accepted form. Elaboration of an oral presentation on the project of the thesis.

Lernziele

After successfully completing the module, students understand and can elaborate on problems from modern research under the guidance of their supervisor. Furthermore, they apply their individual abilities as self-efficacy, team work and communication, time management and persistence.

Prüfungsleistung

• written master thesis, scheduled working time: five month (75%) • oral presentation (30 minutes), with subsequent discussion, with grade, (25%)

Bemerkungen

• Study programme Micro- and Nanoelectronics M.Sc.: Mandatory module The period up to the submission of the written elaboration is 5 months (study regulations §8). After approval by the examination board, the Master's thesis can be written in German in exceptional cases (PStO §8).
