Topics: The (changed) economic and social role of flexible labour markets, processes of rationalization, production regimes and management concepts, finance markets and (informal) networks; comparative analysis of industrial organisations in different countries; capitalism in (non)-western societies; transformation in Eastern Germany and Europe; migration flows and social cohesion.
